Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping is a flat $6 charge, regardless of order size.
Q: How soon will I receive my custom earrings?
A: Custom earrings take approximately 3 weeks from the time your order is
confirmed and payment is received. If we anticipate any delay, you will be informed when we
contact you to confirm the order. Rush processing is available for an additional charge.
Q: What is DAMEN + DIVISION's return policy for custom earrings?
A: Custom earrings are exactly that- materials are ordered especially for you.
For this and hygienic reasons, they are not returnable. We only use the best Swarovski crystals on our
earrings - like all crystal, it is fragile! Put earrings on securely, preferably over a carpeted area!
DAMEN + DIVISION cannot be responsible for broken earrings.
Q: How heavy are the earrings?
A: When you design your earrings, the preview on the
right side of the page will display the approximate weight of the components in
grams. To understand how heavy this feels, you can use coins; a penny weighs 2.5 grams,
a nickel weighs 5 grams, and a quarter weighs just over 5.5 grams.
