DAMEN + DIVISION is a handmade jewelry and accessory line by Chicagoan Sonia Barrett Esler. These statement necklaces, earrings, and bracelets feature vintage findings and components.
The name for the line comes from two iconic streets in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. DAMEN + DIVISION's original design studio was located at the intersection of these streets when the line was founded in 2009. The name is also a metaphor, as DAMEN + DIVISION Jewelry is always at the intersections of vintage and modern, luxury and bohemian.
In addition to designing jewelry, Sonia is a commercial photographer. She lives in Chicago's North Shore with her husband, daughter, and two beagles.
